metal entrance broken lift

i must say, the 'superior' room i got was across the road. this meant i was away from the main facilities, which wasn't ideal. the entrance had some metal sticking out of the floor, and the lift seemed like it was always on the verge of breaking down. not a fan! it wasn't the most relaxing experience.

good breakfast beach bag ample parking

i found the pool very nice i also appreciated the breakfast options it was easy to walk to various restaurants and shops nearby. the hotel provided beach towels a beach bag flip flops and an umbrella in the room this was a very nice touch. i appreciated the ample parking space available.

the drainage system created a slight odor in the room which was a bit of a nuisance

the hotel has swimming pools that are well maintained there is also a pool bar that offers drinks smoothies and snacks to enjoy while relaxing by the pool there are laundry facilities nearby.

the staff was attentive and always ready to provide assistance housekeeping was thorough and the room was always clean the reception staff was friendly and helpful with requests we had.

clean rooms friendly staff breakfast choices

the rooms are very clean and have been maintained well. the staff are friendly and helpful. the breakfast had many choices. the fruits and salad were in a chiller to keep them fresh, i found that nice.

the pool area could get a bit crowded during peak hours, but i always find a spot eventually.

the pool area included enough loungers . a 7-eleven is very close to the hotel, only 2 minutes by walk. the pool opened until late, i enjoy a nice swim.

the hotel location is very convenient. aonang food market is easy to reach on foot, around a 15 min walk. the beach is also walkable from the hotel, about 15 minutes. many shops are nearby.

separate building missing amenities

the breakfast was adequate.

the room i was assigned was not what i expected. this separate building lacked the amenities i anticipated (i found a flight of stairs awkwardly placed near the lift).
